With retail shops closing daily (it seems) we have to wonder what the future of malls is. We have a couple of failing malls here in CNY… and look at this awesome project from Rhode Island. They turned a failing mall into micro apartments and it’s awesome! Living upstairs, lifestyle downstairs… affordable, classy… this could be an awesome plan for failing malls! For young, for the retired set… really brilliant!
