Kara has been a lover of music since she was a kid. With alternative music being her absolute favorite, she is always amped for the latest music that we play on 95X!

She grew up in CNY then moved to Ohio for college, spent some time living in Austria and all throughout Europe, then found her way back home to Syracuse.

Kara enjoys traveling, art, live music and being on the water anywhere! Not only is she involved in radio, but she also loves to sing, write and perform.

When she is not working, she is either going to concerts, watching Adam Sandler movies, or chilling at the Drive-In.
