On a Fall night 20 years ago, Yeah Yeah Yeahs played their first live show with a host of other local New York City bands and an up-and-coming duo from Detroit known as The White Stripes. For the first time, some footage from the show has been made available.
Band members took to social media to share their memories and describe the atmosphere of Mercury Lounge on September 24th, 2000 and to tease more celebratory plans.
