Syracuse Recovery Services: https://www.srsrecovery.org/ Provides addiction rehabilitation services including DUI evaluations, drug and alcohol evaluations, substance use disorder counseling, and suboxone/medication management. Upstate Medical University: · Bridge Clinic: https://www.upstate.edu/emergency/healthcare/bridge-clinic.php The Clinic provides patients with short-term treatment to manage their opioid use disorder until they get into a rehab program or find a community provider for longer-term treatment. Onondaga County Health Department is offering on demand Naloxone trainings for individuals and organizations, email [email protected] to schedule or by calling 315.435.3280. We are also working on an online training that will be accessible at all times.

Crouse ED and Crouse Outpatient Addiction Treatment Services will provide training/kits to walk-ins.

Naloxone Co-payment Assistance Program (N-CAP): https://www.health.ny.gov/diseases/aids/general/opioid_overdose_prevention/directories.htm

The New York State Department of Health AIDS Institute has an important pharmacy benefit for all New Yorkers who have prescription coverage through their health insurance plans: the Naloxone Co-payment Assistance Program (N-CAP). Co-payments for naloxone in an amount up to $40 for each prescription dispensed will be billed to N-CAP, not to the individual getting naloxone. Individuals who are themselves at risk for an overdose or their family members may acquire naloxone using a patient specific prescription, or through a standing order at over 2000 pharmacies in NYS.
