What started as a simple celebration of local food trucks has grown into a full‑blown festival weekend. This year’s lineup features 50+ food trucks from Syracuse, Rochester, Utica, and just about every corner of the region. Whether you’re into gourmet mac and cheese, loaded fries, BBQ, vegan eats, or desserts the size of your head, this event will have something that stops you in your tracks.
But food isn’t the only thing making noise this year.
Mayday Parade is headlining Saturday’s session — and we’re not okay.
For anyone who spent their teenage years blasting alt‑rock in their bedroom, saw at least one Warped Tour, or went through a heavy eyeliner phase, this is the nostalgia hit you’ve been waiting for. Mayday Parade’s Saturday night set is basically a reunion for your inner emo kid — and the perfect soundtrack to a night of festival food and spring air.
Friday sets the tone with a full day of food, drinks, vendors, and live music, but Saturday is where the sing‑alongs get loud. Expect big crowds, big energy, and probably a few emotional moments when that one song hits harder than you were prepared for.
Beyond the music, the festival also brings in an Artisan Village, on‑site drinks including beer and wine slushies, and plenty of space for families, friend groups, or anyone looking to kick off warm‑weather season the right way.
If you’re already planning your weekend — same. If you’re not, you probably should be.
