It’s Shannon from the Morning Mess… and I have a bit of a shopping issue. I don’t know when it started… a need comes over me and then I obsess and nothing else happens in my life until I GET IT. I agonize and second guess and drive myself and everyone around me insane. It’s totally stress related and something I will bring up on Mental Health Monday with Helio Health. Now, all things considered I’m pretty fortunate right now. I’m loving working from home and having my daughter home. I don’t have any MAJOR stressors… just a million tiny things that on their own aren’t a problem… but man oh man, some days they all seem to happen at once and nothing works the way it should and I am LOSING MY MIND. Yesterday was one of those days. I tried so hard to keep my cool but I was just snapping and ready to give up and go to bed for the day to give my family a break from my mood of doom… and I walked past the TV and saw a beautiful thing. THE BARTESIAN Cocktail Mixer on QVC hahahahahaha. I’d seen it in an ad on facebook a year or two ago and thought cool, but I don’t need it. But yesterday…. I NEEDED IT. And I ordered it. And then I went to the Bartesian website and ordered drink pods. THEN I WENT TO THE LIQUOR STORE to buy booze LOL. I also hit Marshall’s for a mixer set. Today I’m clearing off my catch-all corner of the kitchen counter to be our bar area. So when this bad boy arrives… we’re ready. So… if you stress-shop or indulge in retail therapy… you aren’t alone, I’m there too. No shame in my online shopping game!
