The Offspring have been announced for the debut of Surf City Blitz which is going to be a new Punk festival in Southern California this fall. They’ll join Social Distortion, Suicidal Tendencies, Bad Religion and others. Perhaps this will take over for Vans Warped Tour which is on its final run this year?
