Do you do little passive aggressive things to the people you love when they annoy you?  Just little gestures to annoy them back?  No?  I mean, me neither… except I totally do.  I don’t think I realized how much I do it until my husband asked if I was mad at him after I gave him his dinner the other day.  This just prompted me to get angry because I thought I was doing a good job covering up the fact that I actually was irritated with something inconsequential.  “Why?  Did you do something I should be angry about?”  “Not that I know, but this is just mean.” And I look at the plate.  And I laughed.  Like, cackled like a kitchen witch.

And thanks to passive aggressive sandwich making my husband puts the toothpaste cap back on!  At least for a day or two.  Now I wonder how I can bastardize pork chops to get the dirty socks into the laundry basket….
