Baseball….Pearl Jam played 2 shows earlier this week at Wrigley Field, home of Eddie Vedder’s favorite team, the Chicago Cubs. They covered a Bowie tune on the 18th, at show #1. Show #2 was almost rained out but after tarps were pulled up, the show went on in its entirety. For more click here.

More Baseball….Alice in Chains attended a Seattle Mariners game on Monday, flanked by the daughter of Chris Cornell. Jerry Cantrell did the honors by throwing out the first pitch on Alice In Chains Night. A listening party for their new album, Rainier Fog ensued to the delight of the throngs in attendance.
