the Denton, Texas police recently arrested a drunk naked man who jumped into a woman’s car before she jumped out and locked the man inside her vehicle. She called the police before they arrived and charged the man with public intoxication and exposure.  Why didn’t he just get out and run?  The man was so drunk he was unable to free himself from the car.  Pretty hard to get much dumber than that!
