This is too cute!  There’s a 9 year old in Ithaca who is an honorary member of the PD.  And yesterday he arrested The Grinch.  The whole city was in on it, the Grinch was taken to court… too fun!  Sometimes Ithaca doesn’t suck.*(traffic through Ithaca is what sucks… the city is beautiful!)
