In a perfect world, the band Garbage would be having a blast out on the road with Alanis Morissette and Liz Phair right now but like so many other things cancelled by the COVID-19 Pandemic, that tour has become another casualty.
Speaking with Rolling Stone, front woman Shirley Manson mentioned that if not for work on the album, her day would have no structure or direction at all.
